Follow the evidence

Links beside factual claims lead to the underlying material. Some articles also have an expandable source list at the end. A campaign statement describes a candidate’s position; a public record or report supports the facts it documents.

Dates and context matter. A proposed budget is different from an adopted one. A projection describes an estimated future need. Allegations, settlements, and court findings have different meanings. Articles keep those distinctions where they affect a claim.
