Why I'm Running
Families experience policy long before it becomes a talking point.
I’m running because Lansing needs representatives who understand how policy lands on families—not in theory, but through lived experience. Strong families, accessible healthcare, good schools, and local control over land and water are the foundation of a stable community. Meegan brings legal expertise, ethical leadership, and the perspective of someone who has raised children, cared for aging relatives, and managed a serious health condition in Allendale. The goal is simple: practical solutions that help every family in the 89th District feel supported, protected, and heard.
